For Roasting, Broiling, Baking and Braising on stove top of the Range. Includes 11" deep sauté skillet w/vented cover, 6 QT Stockpot/Dutch oven bottom, 4.5 QT Braising/Stockpot inverted as a Dutch oven cover fits sauté skillet & 6-QT, LG Steamer Rack fits all pans for steaming & stack cooking.
11 inch Sauté Skillet w/vented cover, for pan broiling chicken, steaks, chops, baking stove top meatloaf and lasagna, casseroles and baking cakes. Using the 4.5 Qt Braising Pan inverted as a Dutch oven cover, roast a whole chicken or roast beef on top of the stove.
6 QT Stockpot/Dutch oven bottom - large capacity for soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, and chili. Using the 4.5 Qt Braising Pan as a Dutch oven cover and Steamer Rack stack cook a 5 course meal all in one pan, 11" cover from sauté skillet fits 6 QT.
4.5 QT Stockpot/Braising Pan - for smaller quantities of soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, and chili, can be used as an open braising pan, or covered using the 11" vented cover. Inverted, works as a high dome Dutch oven cover on the 11" sauté skillet or 6 QT Stockpot.
Steamer Rack - for steaming, combination and stack cooking fits all 3 pans.
